Make Sure Somebody Is

1. SITUATION:

     i.  one small boat;
    ii.  one diver in the water;
   iii.  an old fashioned hand pump to supply air to the diver.

2.  NOBODY PUMPING means nobody breathing.

3.  NOBODY BREATHING means somebody is dead in the water.

4.  MORAL:  if you don't want to be dead in the water, make sure somebody is ALWAYS pumping.
